Cancellation Policy
Please read the following information if you want to make a reservation:
A credit card must be used to SECURE any reservations (MasterCard or Visa). Red Sea Marine won't charge your card unless cancellation fees are involved.
There is no fee if you cancel up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
If you cancel later or fail to show up, you will be charged the full price of the first night and the first dive day.
Once you get here, you can be charged a €10 cancellation fee if you change your mind about going diving after 4 p.m. the day before.
You can contact us by phone or email to provide your information (card number, name of cardholder, and expiration date).
We will fully confirm your reservation as soon as we receive your information.
You are more than welcome to pay for all services in cash when you visit us in Euros, Egyptian Pounds, US Dollars, or Sterling. There is a 3% extra if you want to pay with a credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
SAFARIS LIVEABOARD DIVE
We ask for a 50% deposit for liveaboard dive safari reservations, which is due four weeks before the departure date.
Charges for liveaboard diving vacations
25% of the reserved service is due four weeks before arrival.
50% of the reserved service is due two weeks before arrival.
NO SHOW: All payments for the services reserved

Unless otherwise specified, all prices are in EURO €.
A 3% surcharge is applied to credit card payments.
