The SSI Dive Guide program is designed for experienced divers who want to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to lead certified divers on enjoyable and well-organized recreational dives. At Red Sea Marine Diving Center in Sharm El Sheikh, you'll learn from experienced SSI professionals and build on the skills you've already developed as a diver. The focus is on much more than simply knowing a dive site—you'll learn how to plan, prepare, organize, and lead dives while keeping the needs and abilities of the group in mind. You'll develop your ability to assess conditions, prepare a dive plan, organize equipment, conduct effective briefings, navigate the dive site, manage a group underwater, and respond appropriately when circumstances change. You'll learn how to observe divers, recognize potential problems early, communicate clearly, and adapt the dive plan when conditions, experience levels, or other factors require it.
