Haven’t been diving for a while? The SSI Scuba Skills Update is a relaxed and practical way to refresh your diving knowledge, rebuild your confidence, and get comfortable underwater again. At Red Sea Marine Diving Center in Sharm El Sheikh, you'll work with an experienced SSI instructor who will take the time to understand your previous diving experience and what you would like to refresh. There is no need to feel pressured or rushed—we'll focus on the skills that matter most to you. Before getting back to your dive, your instructor will review the essential equipment, safety procedures, underwater communication, and key diving skills. You'll then have the opportunity to practice in the water in a controlled and comfortable environment, allowing you to regain your confidence at your own pace. Whether it's been a few months or several years since your last dive, a skills update can be a great way to get back into the water before joining regular boat dives or exploring some of Sharm El Sheikh's famous dive sites. At Red Sea Marine, we believe that every diver is different. Some divers may simply need a quick refresher, while others may want more time practicing buoyancy, mask skills, regulator recovery, weighting, or other essential techniques. Your instructor will adapt the session to your experience and comfort level. Once you're feeling comfortable again, you can continue enjoying the incredible underwater world of the Red Sea with greater confidence and peace of mind.
